Subramanian Raja Krishnamoorthi (/rd krnmri/ born July 19, 1973) is an American businessman and politician who is the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 8th congressional district. He was first elected in 2016 to succeed Tammy Duckworth, who gave up the seat to successfully run for the U.S. Senate.
