Bio

Richard Ray Larsen (born June 15, 1965) is the United States Representative for Washington's 2nd congressional district and a member of the Democratic Party. He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2000 and was re-elected in each of the eight subsequent elections, most recently in 2018. Larsen is a member of the House Armed Services Committee and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
